Dear Vendor:

The Saint Mary Craft Show Committee invites you to participate in our Online Christmas Marketplace! It will be taking place on our Saint Mary Parish website beginning Friday, November 17, 2023 and continue until Sunday, December 24, 2023. As always, we envision a successful and festive show, one that will be well advertised and well attended. Enclosed is our contract which explains our policies and procedures. Please read the contract carefully as your signature indicates your acceptance of all conditions as stated.

How will the Saint Mary Virtual Craft Show work?

• A “Craft Show” landing page will be created accessible through the main page of our parish website

• Each vendor will have a profile listed on this “Craft Show” page featuring your logo, business card, or picture of your choosing promoting your crafts. (Please see the sample attached below of ideas of what to submit for your profile picture, as well as an idea as to size of the profile and layout of the “Craft Show” page.)

• Each profile would contain a link or URL which you will provide to us which would take shoppers directly to your store site (such as a Facebook page, Etsy shop, email link, or other landing place which would put them in contact with you)

• The webpage would launch on Friday, November 17th and remain up until Sunday, December 24th – the entire Christmas shopping season!

• We will also provide marketing for our Christmas Craft Show as follows:

• The Craft Show event flyer with link will be sent directly to all our parishioners via our Flocknote email system, reaching over 2,000 households

•  The Craft Show event flyer with link will be sent directly to all our Saint Mary Catholic School Families, which includes families from the community and other neighboring parishes, through the FACTS email system, reaching over 200 families

• The Marketplace vendors will have a link in our Sunday bulletin beginning November 25th and 26th and then in each subsequent weekend bulletin until December 24th (500 paper copies distributed per weekend). Each bulletin is also posted on our webpage making it accessible to anyone reading our webpage.

• The Craft Show event flyer with link will be posted on both our Parish and School Facebook pages

• The Craft Show event flyer with link will be sent to over 25 neighboring parishes for them to advertise to their parishioners

This year's Craft Show vendor spaces are sold out! If you are interested in being on the invite list for the 2024 event, please send an email to saintmarycraftshowbazaar@gmail.com.

All requests to be included on the Online Marketplace should be received by November 11, 2023 in order to be included in our launch on November 17, 2023. However, we will still be able to add vendors after that date, up until the conclusion of our show on December 24, 2023. Completed applications may also be dropped off at the Saint Mary Parish Office Center or mailed along with your $25 check made payable to “Saint Mary Bazaar Committee” to:

Please note that we only accept original, handmade vendors. We do not accept direct vendors (examples: 31 Gifts, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, etc.) or vendors selling for a third party. Saint Mary Craft Show Committee reserves the right to deny an application if this requirement is not met.
